Ans: RM100K only.
Omg. Super cheap lor, for those millionaires, billionaires.
Even not for them, I think a self-employee also can afford.
Sometimes we do heard about people around us always spend a lot for renovation like RM300K and above but the designs are just not as luxury as we can see over here.
I just can't stop staring those photos.

Living room TV stand + custom fish tank = approximately RM30,000
Entrance decorative wall + hidden toilet door + Bar + cabinet = approximately RM50,000

Apparently, those stated above are for bungalow areas.
What about terrace houses? or semi-D?

Kitchen: Approximately RM7,000

Tips for renovating from nothing to something
Designer will focus on the budget on the basis of works, improvement of old housing with the problem of aging.
▉ unless the situation is really bad, or else designers will minimize mud on engineering works, changing compartment, or hit the wall, because such method will increase costs from repairing the wall tiles, water, electricity,paint, etc. budget can be reduced by reducing the mud engineering works
▉The carpentry and decoration is tailor-made, saving spaces, system furniture and ready-made furniture, but it has the flexibility of space the the wood doesn't ,and it cheaper; you can also choose between the two mix and match, a custom design can still be achieved even saving the budget.
▉ If the old furniture and the others are still in a good condition, the designer can turn your old furniture into a very new design. Such as changing the kitchen cabinets may change the view of the kitchen.
